Our school would truly not run the same way without our Clerical Support Staff member of the year, Monze Trevino. Mrs. Trevino embodies our core values of collaborative community and attitude of gratitude. She helps out anywhere and everywhere with a smile on her face. We are blessed to have her at Zwink.

It's time to celebrate our Paraprofessional of the year, Naomi Ortiz Despiau. Mrs. Ortiz is one of our Pre-K paras. She builds strong relationships with her students and always has a smile and a hug for them. She helps the day to day run smoothly with our littlest zebras, and we are so grateful to have her on our team.
Congratulations to our Professional Support Staff member of the year, Kylie Zessin! Mrs. Zessin is our 3rd-5th grade Reading Specialist. She works tirelessly to support our teachers and students in not only their reading instruction, but with any help someone needs on our campus. We are truly lucky to have Mrs. Zessin on our team.

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to celebrate our 2025-2026 Teacher of the Year! We are grateful for everything Mrs. Solomonson does in her classroom to prepare her 4th grade students for success. Thank you, Mrs. Solomonson, for pouring into your students each day.
Prime Time is tonight from 5-6:30! Choir concert begins at 5 then stories at 5:20, 5:40, and 6. We'll end with a sing-along in the rotunda!

3rd grade classes took some time for winter holiday fun. Students were able to participate in word searches, antler toss, bingo, reading by the campfire, directed drawings, board games, and coloring!

Our zebras of all ages enjoyed a magic show by Illusionist David Corn Wednesday afternoon. The students loved assisting with the tricks and trying to figure out how the magic worked.
